  • - 1 pound beef sirloin or flank steak cut into thin strips
  • - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • - 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • - 2 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - 1 tablespoon butter
  • - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or green onions chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • - In a bowl, combine beef strips with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  • - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • - Add beef strips and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  • - Reduce heat and add butter, stirring to coat the beef.
  • - Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if using.
  • - Remove from heat and garnish with parsley or green onions.
  • - Serve hot with rice, noodles, or vegetables.
