  • - 1/4 cup strawberry jam or preferred fruit jam
  • - 3 large eggs
  • - 1/2 cup milk
  • - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • - 1 tablespoon butter for cooking
  • - Maple syrup for serving
  • - Fresh berries for garnish
  • - Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • - In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • - Spread the cream cheese mixture onto 4 slices of brioche bread, then spread a layer of fruit jam on top.
  • - Place the remaining slices of bread on top to make sandwiches.
  • - In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  • - Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt butter.
  • - Dip each stuffed sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides evenly.
  • - Cook on the skillet for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • - Remove from heat and serve immediately with maple syrup, fresh berries, and a dusting of powdered sugar.
